Multi-layer & Image Support Extensions

Our premier solution for fast and easy integration of high-quality topographic maps, hillshades, and Digital Elevation Models (DEMs) into your ArcGIS project. With functionality added directly to your ArcGIS toolbar, repetitive tasks associated with importing and managing multiple raster data files become a thing of the past. And all TOPO! data layers are stored un-projected and referenced to Geographic NAD83, enabling ArcGIS to display them in any map projection of your choice.

Transparency, color ramps, and visible scale ranges can be adjusted separately.
Easily combine any of the three layers to create the exact map you need.

TOPO! Multi-Layer Edition

TOPO! Multi-Layer Edition adds a toolbar to ArcGIS software (version 8.2 or higher) which enables you to import seamless USGS topographic base maps, hillshading, and digital elevation models (DEMs) into your project. Each layer can be toggled on/off, and transparencies, color ramps, and visible scale ranges can be adjusted separately. Data is imported from TOPO! State Series datasets.

System Requirements:
· Windows 2000, NT 4.0, or XP

· ArcGIS 8.2 or later; compatible with ArcGIS 9.0.

Image Support Extension

TOPO! Image Support adds a button to ArcView 3.x and ArcGIS 8.1 which enables you to automatically import seamless USGS topographic base maps from TOPO! State Series datasets directly into your project.

System Requirements:

· ArcView 3.x or 8.x

· ArcEditor 8.x

· ArcInfo 8.x

· ArcGIS 9.0

TOPO! Xport Pro
Export USGS topographic map data for use in any spatially enabled software including AutoCAD, ArcGIS, ArcView, and Intergraph products. Export file formats include GeoTIFF, TIFF, and JPEG with world headers in either the ESRI .TFW format or MapInfo .TAB format. Raster maps are exported from TOPO! referenced to latitude/longiture in the Nad83/WGS84 map datum.


TOPO! Xport Pro includes four layers of maps: two National Geographic Atlas layers, USGS 1:500,000 and 1:100,000 scale topographic maps for the entire US, plus up-to-date street overlays from GDT. TOPO! State Series datasets include additional 1:24,000 scale USGS topographic map data.
