Ordering
After you have reviewed the items in your shopping cart and the total amount due, simply follow the instructions for completing the simple two-step order process. As we use PayPal and Google Checkout to securely handle our payment processing, you will not receive a confirmation email from our website. You will, however, be emailed an order summary by either Google or Paypal, depending on the payment option you choose at checkout. You can also print out the completed form and either phone, fax, or mail in your order. The mail option is available if you would like to pay with either a personal check, cashiers check, or money order.
Shipping
All orders are normally shipped via USPS within 24 hours of order receipt. Depending on shipping choice entered at checkout, delivery time is usually between 1 - 4 days, including Saturday.
First Class
First-Class Mail is used for most light orders. The weight limit for First-Class Mail is 13 ounces. For heavier items, use Priority Mail.
Priority Mail
- Delivery to every address in the USA including PO Boxes and military addresses.
- Saturday and residential deliveries at no extra cost.
- Delivery Confirmation is included.
- Weight limit is 70 pounds.
Express Mail
- Next day delivery by noon or by 3:00 pm to many destinations.
- Delivery to most addresses in the USA including PO Boxes and military addresses.
- Delivery services 365 days a year, including Sundays and holidays at no extra charge.
- Automatically insured to $100 against loss or damage.
- Provides signature proof of delivery upon request and tracking information.
- Postage fully refunded upon application if delivery is not made or attempted by the specified time period, depending on the destination. Some restrictions apply, please check with your Post Office for details.
Global Priority/Express Mail
- Outstanding Value - GPM is priced lower than the competition's published rates for International expedited service.
- Priority Handling - USPS foreign Postal administrations ensure that your mail receives priority handling to all its destinations.
Returns & Cancellation Policy
If any product you order from us arrives damaged or if you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, please contact us within 30 days to arrange for a full refund or exchange.
If the product you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately to let you know when it will be available to ship, or ask if you would like to substitute another product or receive a refund.
