Ordering

After you have reviewed the items in your shopping cart and the total amount due, simply follow the instructions for completing the order. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call.

Please fill out all of the required information and click on the Complete Order button. An order confirmation page will appear with the order number, date, and amount of your order including shipping. You should also receive an email order confirmation with the above information.

You can also print out the completed form and either phone, fax, or mail in your order. The mail option is available if you would like to pay with either a personal check, cashiers check, or money order.

International Orders

Currently, the only way to place an order from outside the United States is to send us the order information, including complete shipping information, via email or phone. All international orders are shipped using USPS Global Priority Shipping.
